I have been teaching yoga since 2015 after having fallen in love with the sense of home and embodiment I experienced on and off the mat.

I found the mindful awareness practices of yoga to soothe, ground, and help me align with my most authentic Self. I have been nourishing my relationship with yoga ever since, watching it evolve, and continuing to learn and grow her spirituality as I share it’s life-changing tools with students and clients.

While I’m inspired by various styles of yoga, I have landed in the Vinyasa tradition largely because of its fluidity and emphasis on breath as the foundation. Yoga has had a powerful impact yoga in healing the many parts of the Self, both personally and in the lives of my students and clients. I feel strongly about yoga as a pathway for fostering self-acceptance and well-being.

I believe in having a healthy sense of humor, an uplifting playlist, and always burn palo santo to cleanse and promote a sense of feeling light and clear.
